Pre-conference workshops: Unleash the power of RAI data in CIHI Reporting Systems

The wealth of high-quality standardized information being collected in the Continuing Care (CCRS), Home Care (HCRS) and Ontario Mental Health (OMHRS) Reporting Systems support front line quality of care and serve as the foundation data for planning, management and policy decisions, and for public accountability.

Join staff from CIHI for one of three pre-conference workshops, each designed to help managers, decision support analysts, researchers and others explore ways to tap into these rich data sources and translate the information into action. Each workshop will present the various reports and other outputs available from CCRS (MDS 2.0), HCRS (RAI-HC) and OMHRS (RAI-MH), respectively, and will demonstrate their significant potential for expanding the knowledge base to support organizational and system-wide planning and management. Workshops will draw upon research findings and recent Canadian experiences.
