Conference Theme and Program Tracks
Conference Theme
Making the Health Care Connection—Sharing and Caring Beyond Borders is the theme for the Canadian RAI Conference 2007. The conference will bring together people from all over the world to address the diverse and challenging issues in health care today. This international conference will enable researchers, clinicians, health system managers, policy-makers and others to explore how we can better connect and support those involved in decision-making across the continuum of care. It is a global exchange on the use of data collected through interRAI instruments and supported by health information reporting systems such as those maintained by CIHI.
An international focus on clinical assessment instruments across health sectors will provide a unique opportunity to share and exchange ideas on care planning, resource allocation, achieving improved outcomes and supporting best practices in the delivery of health services.
